A dram is 27 1/3 grains. If you want 2 1/4 drams it is 27.3 x 2.25 = 61.425 grains.
A volume measure set between 60-65 grains will work fine.

Black powder comes in several granulations. 1F is very course and is generally used in big bore shotguns and cannons. 2F and 3F are used in most shotguns from 12 gauge to .410. There is also 4F or FFFF but it is flash powder made for putting in the pans of flintlocks for proper ignition or for reenactment (blank) shooting.
