I believe the marks show this as the 36th rifle proofed in March of 1942. Is this correct?

What might the 2000 under the makers name refer to?

Additional information that made this one different from the other war time rifles I have owned.
The action is a large ring and likely a scrubbed 98k, but the bottom metal, trigger and possibly the bolt are from a WWI Kar98 rifle.
Every other I have bought/sold were all made on WWII 98k parts, including the barrels.
