I would ask them to check the bores for choke. If this shotgun was ordered from the factory with the straight stock, it should have the long trigger guard that ends in a point. The LOP is longer than factory specs of 14 1/8"-14 1/4". Ask them to take the screws out and see if the stock is serial numbered to the gun. It's very possible whomever ordered it ordered it choked for them. Factory would have been full/full.
Hard to say how much with out a picture, but a 20 ga. or 16 ga in that conditon and original should get $1000-$1500. Less if replaced wood even though the stock would cost as much as that or more.
