You are patterning perfectly. Just talked to a lovely young lady from the local ATF office who listened, said she would check it out and call me back. Within 15 min. she did just that. The Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide covers it precisely on page 160. She surely was no "jack booted thug". In fact she sounded more like the daughter my wife and I wished the Lord would have blessed us with.
