I see RCC Cartridge company is closed. Can somebody tell me if they plan to open again?. I need some 4 bore cartridges made RMC sells unloaded brass 4 bore hulls. I have a bunch of their 10 gauge brass hulls and they are very good. http://www.rockymountaincartridge.com/
