Parabola Sidelock Joined: Dec 2020 Posts: 1,202 Likes: 550	I have heard a gunmaker describe the style of fences where instead of being rounded they are filed to sweep back in a taper towards the top of the action as a “bear’s arse”. Probably too vulgar a term to be used at Purdey’s unless they are inspecting a gun by “Cogswell and F****** Harrison”.
