Mike, good work. I spent some time a year or so ago developing a cartridge for a Williams and Powell 28 ga. pinfire double rifle. I have been able to size the case inside about .002" smaller than the projectile so that the projectile fits snuggly into the case. I have shot it at a target, but not at deer, yet.
