My little 4 yr. old granddaughter invited me to the Veteran's Day appreciation program at her school. It was this morning. I was moved to tears at the patriotism and appreciation for America, and for we vets, that was shown in that program. The younger generation has not totally gone to hell in a handbasket. Her private school is in good hands.
May God bless America and those who defend her.

My wife and I have attended Veteran's Day programs at the local private school for the last 20 years or so. The performances are all done by the K-6 grade students and it is great that they are teaching the little one's patriotism early. For a couple or three years the local public school had a veteran for principal, and they had a program, those years; not now. That speaks for itself.
