CZ, I haven't seen any for sale in the US for at least a year. According to Dickson's, this new one MacNaughton is for sale somewhere in he US. The pendulum safety is something to get use to using. Ken

Jonathan really produces a nice video. I would say he is very possibly the best private hire shoot videographer in the UK. And he’s a decent guy.
He’s in the neighborhood here somewhere.
I was planning on going to see Graham Mackinlay and over to David McKay Brown, but, if there were other places that might have some to handle, I would add them to my visit list. I know there were only 150 or so made,
I think Graham has a pair of some older ones.
I know it’s just taste, but I actually didn’t care for the lines of the 28 McNaughton.

I think the majority of those guns are fairly old.

If you are in Scotland, Dickson's has a new 28 bore you could look at in Perthshire.

About 10 years or so ago at the Louisville, KY show there was a MacNaughton 28 bore lever cocker on a table. It had been blued and was loose and I think it had 24" barrels. Price I think was $7500. Probably a bargain today.

There are a few short barreled subgage MacNaughton’s available in the UK. 24” barrels won’t work for me, but 26’s might.
I plan on looking at a number of guns whilst here.
I saw an AyA Churchill 25 today for short money.

I’ve found that most small bore RA Mac’s sported 24” bbls. A friends 16 bore RA Mac bar in wood (skeleton) that was restocked by Paul Hodgins sports beautiful 24” Damascus barrels. Stunning gun.
