Cliff Green is probably the Cliff Green from Centerville, Maryland, a skeet shooter who obviously had a few bucks. He ordered the BHE Remington Parker two gun four gauge set that has been immortalized in various books on Parkers. There is also a DGJ article describing it, I think. Herschel Chaddick advertised it for sale for a quarter very large some years ago. I don't know who owns it today. In my skeet memorabilia collection, I have a postcard sent either to or from Cliff Green describing the activities at the World Skeet Shoot probably in the forties. Cliff was a mediocre average NSSA shooter who occasionally had a good day. He may be my latest alter-ego. I don't know what Cliff did for a living, but next time I'm with some shore oldtimers, I'll ask. I have a lot of his shooting records, so at least I know who he shot skeet with but his relationship with Nash and Maryland cronies like Henry A. Bartholomew are unknown to me. Henry shot trap around this area, but no skeet. Green shot skeet, but, as far as I know, no trap. They all shot ducks. Bill Murphy
