Not sure if this is the original Bo-Whoop or not, but I knew I had seen this picture somewhere in my small collection of books. I found it tonight. If someone wants, I can email a high resolution picture as this is a resized version to make it easier for downloading and viewing on various screen formats.

These were taken from the "Arkansas Duck Hunter's Almanac, pg. 58"
Could this be the original 1st Bo-Whoop? It very well could be as the picture shows some age on him, but Nash died at age 90, March 10, 1971. The original gun was lost on Dec. 1, 1948 while he was hunting at the Section 16 Club near Clarendon. According to this book, two game wardens arrived just after Nash finished his hunt and was waiting for his ride back to town. The wardens checked the ducks and licenses, but mainly wanted to see the "gun". It was laid on the fender of the drivers car, who was Clifford Green. So Nash was 67 when he lost the original Bo-Whoop. This picture may very well be that gun, but who can say for sure?
If anyone wants high resolution pictures of either picture, email me and I will forward them to you. They are around 3 mb each in size if I recall.
