So, Did George L come through with the pics and other info on this gun? Or was it a BS story all along?

Said he would be at the Vintagers, never saw him at the Fox display which would have been the logical place for him to present the "pictures" if not the gun. I am being patient and understanding. Don't want to be too cynical. I want to shoot the "Bigun" with some of my big lead #4 loads from the sixties. Yup, I still have a few in once fired WW hulls. Loaded them when I was a pup.

Brian, Long time "no shake de hand!!" Hey, Back off Dude, De Shootinest Fox HE has been in the Hands of" A Gun Dealer from Dixie', And he got a case of "The Wobblies"..sent it "5 States away".....Wont show the "Photos"( My Editor will do 'Unatural Acts(On Camera) with a Boss 12b Round Action, SELF-OPENING that was owned by............. And I am ReStocking.(If I can come up with a "TRUE STORY"...)My Offer still stands that I will pay "The Price of Restocking a Purdey, At London 2007 Price, for the Original Broken Stock"......Most 'Gun-Dealers' would 'Roll-Over and 'Show their venerable Orifice, but then the Majority of Gun_Dealers are "Decent Chaps"...So, "Bo Whoop" is still Mythical......CC/dt

Bill: I was at the Vintagers most of Friday & Saturday. Talked with the fellow at the Fox display. Told him who I was. He asked about Bo Whoop. Told him that I had the pictures & the Fox letter at my hotel, the Tidewater Inn. Told him that I would be happy to show them to him if he would like to stop by. Never did. Am I under some obligation to prove myself to some one? As I told CC the woodsmith that restocked the gun will be at the Charlton Hall Auction December 8th. as far as I know the gun won't be there.
Jeeees!! George

George L.
Ah, yes the Tidewater Inn. Had a lovely dinner at The Local there Friday night, during the Vintagers' event, of salmon with chocolate sauce. Odd combo to the mind, but a delight to the taste buds. George, I didn't see you there or know the photo were available.
Kind Regards,
Raimey rse

Raimey: Were you at the Parker banquet Saturday night? I stayed at the Tidewater Thursday, Friday & Saturday night, Room #347 believe. Had a great time each evening in the Parker Suite #312 w/ Charlie Price & Company. Didn't eat at the Local. Heard it wasn't very good. You might have missed me but you wouldn't have missed my gorgeous grand daughter who was with me. Got several of the silent bid auction items. Got Charlie to autograph THE PARKER STORY & Ed Muderlak to autograph PARKER GUNS the Old Reliable. In his talk he spoke of a new Parker book that will be coming out in December. Put in my order for the limited edition.
Best Regards, George

George L.:
I haven't owned a Parker or don't know too much about them with the exception of the doubles having several parts. Wasn't with the Parker entourage, but sat at a table adjacent to a group with W. David Powell, who at one time had a large gun display at the Decoy Bar(?) as I have heard it referred. I would though, like to have my name written on the wall for the new Parker limited edition.
Kind Regards,
Raimey rse

I am not saying it aint so but jeeze louise, going to the epicenter, the Vallhalla, the cente rof gravity of American Double Collectors and they leave the evidence of the greatest find in AMerican Hunting and Shooting history and the evidence is left in the hotel?
Not trying to drop a turd in the punch bowl but.............
