Speaking from experience, the Cheditte paper hulls are only available primed. (Cheditte makes thier own primer) Unfortunatly this means they must be shipped via ground (in this case via ship to the East coast then ground from there to Graf's) There is no HAZMAT fee. Though they must be sent via ground marked as ORMD

From what I understand, If your ordering 50,000 or more they will do just about anything for you. Color, length, stamp etc.

I would expect a cost of approx 12-14 cents per hull plus shipping from Grafs. (UPS or FEDX ground)
