Thanks for the heads up! Although there have been waders with a zipper for several years now, I think some of the first ones were prone to leak. I'll be watching reviews to see if the zipper in these last without leaking. Having that feature would be worth a lot to me, as much as I love my morning coffee.

I have a set of Frogg Toggs hip boots that I like a lot. My use of hip boots often coincides with warmer temps and they can get very hot very quickly tearing out a beaver dam. These are the lightest weight ones I've ever seen. They are relatively inexpensive, at $79.95, and very comfortable. The boots are uninsulated and the tops are very lightweight material. The one drawback to that is that the tops are likely not very puncture resistant (think beaver cut "stobs" and cottonmouth fangs). They should work great for snipe hunting, though I haven't tried them for that yet.
