You may have missed the memo that the LA City Council solved the crime problem by no longer referring to IngelWatts and environs as "South Central." Now it is officially "South Los Angeles," and that took care of everything. Got to be sensitive to our criminal brethren.

The all purpose California regulation: all things not prohibited are mandatory.
I refuse to be treated like a criminal and am so offended by the new ammo laws that I finally broke down and started reloading shotshells just to shoot sporting clays and the occasional duck. But if components ever become available again I have no doubt that CA will soon move to ban reloading. That'll keep Jamil from poppin' a cap into DuShawn in Oakland or South Central.

Well, if you have an FFL or if you are a resident of another state, you can bring in all you want. But you can't sell it or transfer it once you get it into CA, unless you get an Ammo Vendor License from the CA DOJ. That's another license and another set of fees to pay, and it has to be renewed (for an additional fee) every couple of years or so. And then if you transfer it within the state, you have to do background checks and open all the boxes and all the other bullshit that they put us through. You can't even legally give the ammo away. And to further complicate things, if you are a non-resident, you can't legally buy or receive ammo in CA. So if you came here to hunt, bring lots of ammo because if you run out, you are screwed. Just like the rest of us. My buddies used to to make fun of me for accumulating a (probable) lifetime supply of shotgun ammo. Now they are laughing out of the other sides of their faces.

Only drug abuse and/or mental illness could explain why a so-called gunsmith or gun owner would spend so much time here denigrating and lying about a pro-gunner like Trump, and supporting the Liberal Left anti-gunners who continually work to pass anti-gun legislation like Replacement is describing in California. Maybe you will post some more false data from known anti-gun organizations to refute what he says... like you did when you made the false claim that guns are not registered in New Zealand: I told you guns were not registered in New Zealand.
