I have never been able to deal with Cabelas. I go to the one in Dundee, Michigan. They are quick to point out every flaw in your guns but try to avoid you noticing the flaws in theirs. The one time I tried to trade 3 guns in they wouldn't even give me anywhere near wholesale for any one of them. I do think a Browning Citori Golden Lightning Clays with grade VI wood is worth more than $1,100. I finally got them up to $1,200 and that was the best they could do on a 95% to 98% gun. I walked and found other sources that would give you a fair trade in price. FWIW. Grade6man
