Since you have no problem telling us that we are wrong, I'll do the same for you. Lengthening a stock can not possibly reduce recoil, other than because of the small amount of weight you add to the gun. Believing something doesn't make it a fact, or change the physics involved. What you're describing is cheek slap or chop. This may be caused by excessive drop(not found on an Uggie M30, 28 ga.) or you're cheeking the gun too hard. I will agree with your measurement change of 3/32". I found that hard to believe until I measured my gun this morning. If adding 3/4" to your stock makes you happy, I'm happy, too.
