Reference: Yildiz Silah Sanayi -- O/U & SxS's. http://www.yildizshotgun.com/eanasayfa.htmlDoes anyone know of the current U.S. importer(s)? I'm interested investigating Yildiz top-line guns.....SPZ ME Special L (side-plated O/U) and Elegant A4 Special L (side-plated SxS). I sure like the unusual/not so common gun manufacturers to add to my stash and knowledge, too. Any opinions of Yildiz track-record appreciated, also. I've spoken with the main store customer service dept. of AcademySports.com in Texas, who have recently carried the low-end Yildiz o/u's.....that ended nowhere. I understand that Canada has three importers at present. Widenorth.com being one of them. Smiles, John

I'd contact DeHann. I'm suspicious that this is the outfit that makes the DeHann/Huglu/CZ/other guns.

I believe it is academy sports in the US I have the standard little 20g and for the price am extremelly happy with it the the triggers are my only real complaint (heavy and somewhat creepy) as fo fit and finish and handling my gun anyway is excellent FWIW the gun appears to have over bore barrels about .010" bigger than nominal size do check out shotgun world there seem to be a lot of very happy users

Thanks, Greg! Attractive as the Yildiz guns are on their website, I don't think I want to pursue them after reading several posts "Yildiz" sub-forum at Shotgunworld.com . I'll just go order from Mark DeHaan to get a wonderfully attractive gun.

John, glad to help.
DeHaans are great guns from what I have read from owners on the DeHann Forum of SGW.
Best of luck to you!!

Yesterday I arranged to purchase DeHaan's S2/gold ducks, 20 ga., 28" bbl. with straight grip (English) and up-graded lighter-colored wood to boot (straight streaks with fiddle-back). I think that I will be well pleased.
The fellows on this site are always so helpful; Thank you, again! John
