Here's info from the #39 Ideal Handbook. As for cards and wads, ebay will have them time to time. The issue with the filler wads (Blue Streak) is that as sold were wax ringed. After sitting for a half century in someone's garage or attic, forget about it still being present on the wads you pick up. Probably get by with the NC cards from BPI. I have been using a few published recipes for 2" 12 ga. and so far the chronographed velocities have been all over the place using nitro cards. The little plastic gas seal sold by BP is remarkably consistent in comparison. Note that the charge table requires seating pressures something not necessarily required in modern loads.
