Thank you. I'm having a hard time seeing any contact points in the slots when I smoke them, but I'm thinking the front slot is the one giving trouble.

I definitely don't want to get in a hurry and find the barrels out of bite. I think I am going to stick with high grit paper over a file and sand/polish it until I get it to go in.
