I remember Hanoi Jane visiting the campus of my college in the early 70s. The school was pretty liberal for GA and she'd been invited to speak.
I was walking up the sidewalk and recognized her just ahead of me. She stopped and we had an ok conversation. I may have been wearing my ROTC uniform so the conversation was not lengthy.
I hated what she was doing back then and I don't think she's ever been forgiven. Oh well, we'll always have "Barbarella"...Geo
