No hurry at all. Given a bottle of gin generally lasts me 2-4 yrs, definitely not in a hurry. It's just something that has its own unique flavor, like a wine or quality beer.

take perfectly good v8 juice...add vodka, worchestershire, cholulu, s & p...garnish with garlic stuffed olive, wedge of lime and a celery stick...service over glass of ice...makes tomatoe juice even better...

or make a manhattan...

to a glass with five ice cubes, add:

bitters, orange extract and a maraschino cherry...

next add a 1/3 glass bourbon or rye...

then add a 1/3 each red and white vermouth...

stir and enjoy...

I'm in the same camp with the late "Ol' Blue Eyes" Take a tumbler, 2 fingers of bourbon (Dickel for me) 2 fingers of ice cubes, and a splash of branch water-- ow-a-bunga.. RWTF

now take ah margariter...in dat you got cactus veggie juice, citrus fruit juice an o course yo essential nacl...
