There are many forms of "infringement" on citizen's right to own guns. They have withstood legal challenges.The second amendment does not mean that just anyone has the right to own firearms.
Well here's Billy telling more lies about our NRA. I knew he would continue to run away from my questions about Democrats who perjure themselves, lie under oath, and are a direct and proven threat to our Constitutional Rights.
Billy, the NRA did not simply make up Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein's statement lamenting that she didn't have the votes for an outright ban on assault style rifles, or that her goal is to disarm America.

I have, in the past, directed you to Hillary Clinton's campaign website to read her own threats to infringe upon the Constitutional gun rights of Americans. The NRA did not put those statements there.
Right now, we have a revolt happening in Virginia, where Democrats have threatened to use the police and National Guard to enforce new anti-gun laws, and where 95% of the counties have declared themselves 2nd Amendment Sanctuaries where they will refuse to enforce new Democrat anti-gun laws.

You know damn well that the Democrat Party has been engaged in incrementally hacking away at the 2nd Amendment for decades. The Courts that have upheld those anti-gun laws have had Liberal Left Democrat Judges. Neither I, nor the Framers, nor the NRA wants convicted felons to have guns. The 2008 Heller decision addressed that too, but they specifically mentioned AR-15's as being protected for ownership by law abiding citizens. The fact that Democrats know they would not get away with taking our gun rights away all at once shows us just how stupid and dishonest you are.
You lie about the NRA, and the Democrat threat to continue to infringe upon our gun rights, yet you have the nerve to come here and make a shrill cry that supporting Donald Trump is a ride to the end of Democracy. Show us your proof of this absurd statement Billy:
