Ed-just wait until Warren, Biden or Bloomberg get elected- Kid-you ain't seen nuthin' yet-- correct syntax would used the word nothing, but as you seem fond of butchering the English language, I thought I'd play into your game-just for "funzies"--
What kind of cockamanie Court would order a firearm to be destroyed- under what ordnance, I wonder. A Jap made 20 bore double shotgun (or, Shogun?) sure ain't an AK-47- what gives here. RWTF

Judges have entirely too much power. No ordinance needed.
Ordinance, not ordnance. Spellcheck probably gotcha'.

BUT look on the bright side, most of the components were saved and not sent to the smelter. I got a 20 gauge Browning Superposed with all but the action. I have an extra action https://www.ar15.com/forums/general/The-...031/&page=3Mike

I'm sure many of these guns were stolen from someone before being used in a crime( or maybe not used in a crime, only possessed by a criminal), consequently ordered destroyed. Many police departments don't try to return stolen guns to the rightful owner. Mike
