I just picked up four cases at auction in New Orleans. All of them are branded as and sold by von Lengerke & Antoinne. Three are leg of mutton style, and the fourth is a double gun case.

Do any of you know anything about these cases? I'm wondering who made them for vL&A. There is an interesting double crown imprint on the side of the cases.

Does that mean something in terms of who manufactured the cases or where they were made?

I have one like that in equal condition but minus the marks his has. Mine has the previous owners three initials!! I have come to really like the LOMs for my doubles.

I've owned a lot of them...vintage to Mullholland and Lewis and Drake.
