One thing is for certain IF & When I spend that kind of money I would want to get Exactly what I wanted. That would not be two barrels in different gauges. The 16 gauge @ 6 3/8 lbs would be ideal & the 28" would be what I wanted for the "Main" set choked at ¼-¼. For the second set, it could be 28" or go to 30" with a weight preferably not to exceed 6½ lbs, still in 16 gauge. For this set, I could live with 6 3/4 lbs if in the 30" length. "WHY" would one want a 20 ga set of barrels on a 16 gauge gun which weighs ½ lb more than the 16 & carrying similar chokes, WHY?? 28" or at most 30" is plenty long enough to "Reach Out & Touch someone" ala feathery meat". I am not into pole vaulting.
