The female tailored stocks I've seen had a lot of twist and cast. I don't recall about pitch and drop.

That's to fit around the doo-dads. Women also have different elbow geometry than men, so that's probably also a factor. Maybe a different grip angle. Different upper body musculature. And the pocket for seating the butt is different.
