homelessjoe, Why do you want to shoot Crows? They are a beautiful bird and while they are not on the endangered species list...yet...there are certaily a lot less of them then there were 20 years ago. And I venture to say that you don't eat them???

Just think of those young uns living on red dirt floors east of Memphis Tenn j0e...they coulda used the protein found in those crows. Blackbird pie, rook stew and crow on a stick, all good with Uncle Ben's Wild Rice.
I don't pass shoot 'em.
Calling and decoys with a rifle is the way.

That they do ol'bean, but West Nile has brought down the crow population over all those years.
Durning those dark days of the black guard, I didn't see much difference in the birds of the year count.
As before, or now.
Look to other vermin to shoot'n eat!
