The barrels are 3 Iron Bernard (probably) "rose pattern" II



There is a weld line down the middle of the 2nd rosette from the FE lug, probably for the very thick breech section which might be 2 Iron, and one Iron didn't get twisted as it should have. It gets even messier toward the breech.
