I believe a 2 ft. group would be fantastic at 400 yds with a system still in its early development. You have to consider the time and place and the fact there is nothing to compare it to. Back when this was being tested it was the 338-378 Weatherby complete with 30 in. Hart barrel backed by the lack of knowledge about the bullets flight. At the time it must have been like watching the space shuttle lift off into space. All the dreamers help make it a common place event in the future. They actually believed if it could shoot a mile it could do it with accurately, where did they get that crazy idea.
