FWIW, in GA a CCL can carry a loaded gun in their vehicle with no restrictions, except on forbidden properties, like school zones, WMAs, etc. GA law considers "your vehicle" as "your property". You might not like it down here, Tamid.

Just curious. Do you frown on carrying loaded sidearms in a vehicle?

Stan we are in a fight to keep our guns. Can’t speak for Tamid but most(all) hand gun owners I know support CC at the very least.

The laws on our handguns and on automatic weapons were mostly enacted in the 1930’s as a direct response to the bootlegger fueled mayhem of the beginnings of organized crime. Funny how it doesn’t work. Two members of “organized” crime shot each other to death in a Winnipeg restaurant last week. Same old same old.
