Back to the thread. I still champion the wax made by Natures little winged workers. Bees Wax does not contain anything injurious to us humans been used for millennia both inside and out in all meanings of the words. Extremely simple to make up your self and if you require a more lustrous shine on you gun stock just ad another natural wax Carnauba with thee Bees wax. You can make the final product a liquid or hard wax by adding more or less solvent, I choose real turpentine because I am a sucker for the smell. Finally if you want a cream wax just add some water with a little soap to your wax polish and whisk well. Three versions of wax polish all from the same basic ingredients all non toxic what more could one ask for.
The only lessons in my life I truly did learn from where the ones I paid for!

Can't very well thin those out with an unloaded gun. FWIW, in GA a CCL can carry a loaded gun in their vehicle with no restrictions, except on forbidden properties, like school zones, WMAs, etc. GA law considers "your vehicle" as "your property". You might not like it down here, Tamid. Just curious. Do you frown on carrying loaded sidearms in a vehicle? SRH

You forgot to mention Great Horned Owls, Stan. Seriously, Im not surprised a Canadian, like Tamid, is a little bit shook up with a loaded gun in your truck. The Canadian govt is so overprotective of their citizens, they really wont even allow them to have a handgun, let alone, a loaded gun in their vehicle. Citizens, just naturally over time get used to that sort of government oppression. Sad when the government infringes on personal rights to that sort of level. Sad when the government cant trust the 99% of the good citizens that are their constuents. Very sad. I hope America does not ever go that direction with similar gun control laws like Canada, and England too.
Socialism is almost the worst.
