Excellent question, Lloyd. Anyone who does not believe there are powerful spirits at work in the unseen realm is being deceived.

Moses maybe I miss read what you said or I missed your intent....I just assumed your native land was the USA.

The American Indians in my native land had their own spiritual beliefs and they did not come out of the sands on the Middle East.

That may offend some but it's true.

Great post Mike sadly a lot of people think you can't be spiritual without making the religious connection.

Strange lights is where the term jack O lanterns origiated they were seen near some civil war camps...not sure how far back the sightings or the term goes.

This one was near Corinth Mississippi.

"This is where I first saw a jack o'lantern (ignis fatui). That night, while Tom and I were on our posts, we saw a number of very dim lights, which seemed to be in motion. At first we took them to be Yankees moving about with lights. Whenever we could get a shot we would blaze away. At last one got up very close, and passed right between Tom and I. I don't think I was ever more scared in my life. My hair stood on end like the quills of the fretful porcupine; I could not imagine what on earth it was. I took it to be some hellish machination of a Yankee trick. I did not know whether to run or stand, until I heard Tom laugh and say, "Well, well, that's a jack o'lantern.

Dr. Drew: Thank you for the Pareidolia reference. I thought there had to be something more to the story and... if there was, the good folks that populate this site would know of it. Like many of our hunting forebears, my grandfather was a man of his times. Raised during WW1 and deeply affected by the Great Depression, he was staunchly conservitive and not given to frivolity. His stories of pareidolia were very-much out-of-charactor for him and have somewhat troubled me for years. The "whispers" I'm now hearing (& as much feeling) are, hopefully, due to a spiritual rebirth and a restart of my life. Better late than never, eh? Through it I pray that I can forge a better relationship with my world and perhaps, my God as well. It has been a difficult journey for me, but I am very greatful for the chance to take it now.

jOe, Jesus was a Middle Easterner. Perhaps you know that already, but it sounds as if it's slipped your mind.

Joe- I think it is safe to say that all of us who post here know that-- Few if any Mid-Eastern sects abuse the King's English as you sometimes are won't to do here--

The only way, I believe, we will know exactly what our Lord and Savior looks like is when our Judgement Day rolls around, and we stand before Him-- RWTF

Pretty sure I'm a descendent of Adam. Not sure about the rest of you. It's likely his neighborhood was near the confluence of four rivers but the exactly location is unsure....don't think it was in Oklahoma.
