I believe (until proven otherwise) this "Reilly" to actually be a "Riggs-Reilly," possibly made by BSA (see the Reilly line and reference to Charles Riggs' purchase of the Reilly name in 1922). Riggs marketed his "Riggs-made" shotguns as "E.M. Reilly & Co, London." The pistol grip stock and the plain finish is what gives it away to me....Riggs Reilly's sell for from 200-400 in UK these days. Riggs like Jefferies was a sporting goods dealer who like Jefferies also sold bicycles, motorcycles, golf & tennis equipment, etc.
