Yours is a Charlin Model A from the 1920s. My French-language catalog (copy available at Cornell Publications) shows it is, with one rabbit per tube, the second model, just after the LC1. Assuming it fits you well enough and the barrels are reasonably clean, it should be a decent gun for upland birds as long as you use 2-1/2 inch cartridges (65mm) that you can buy from RST or handload. Don't see any indications of choke, which should be just parallel with the St. Etienne proof marks, P. Choke means Plein or Full Choke...
