I like it when Murphy�s Law is frustrated. My experience only, but, Lefevers frustrate Murphy�s Law, LC Smith�s do not.
Those between the wars English and Continental boxlocks do a good job frustrating Murphy�s Law, But, you expose yourself to Murphy�s wrath if you get �em in single trigger and/or ejector versions. Not an issue with a Darne.
Those guns the Kings used really don�t belong along with me, hunting in the Dakotas, or Minnesota. Laughably out of place. Plus, I�m an oaf. Scratch here and there, in spite of myself.
But, they are really nice guns. The people who bought them typically paid the manufacturer to exorcise Murphy�s demons out of them, annually.
