If a reloadable hull is important, the Remington Gun Club is the best choice of those listed. Reloading economics is the big problem now. The Federal Top Gun is an excellent shell in my experience - quality control being better than the Gun Club, but it isn't really a good shell for reloading.
Buy as many shells as you can afford, and do it now. $40/flat will soon be long ago and far away.
Ditto with SJ's reply. I have reloaded a fair number of the Gun Club shells, with good results( for Remingtons). Old AA's will never be equalled, IMO and will probably never come again. Fortunately, I probably have enough old AA's to last the rest of my life. If I don't live TOO long.
