I would think you could make one, but it would require determining the thread pitch and buying a tap that size. No big cost there. You can get them very reasonably here, and they are the fastest company to receive an order from that I've ever done business with.
They have so much stuff in stock, you might even look through their nuts and find something with the right threads that you could file to shape.
