http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163335725615 This may do if yours is a Monk and not a W. H. Monk. Not sure if they'll mail outside the UK but may be worth contacting the seller to ask. The description will give more info and states they're copies, not originals.
Monk's shop is about 15 miles away from where I live but I've never found them to be very helpful. Been asking for any info on my post WW2 boxlock, their gunsmith replied to tell me he'd passed on my request to the owners but after several attempts, they never bother to reply.
