I have the beginning of cataracts but won't need surgery for several years.
I do have what are termed "floaters", congealed protein masses in the eyeball's fluid which can come into my field of vision at inopportune times, such as shooting. I get a small blur right in the center of my field of view. Rob

This describes my situation, except that my floaters don't seem to cause me any actual vision problems .
Eye doc told me the same thing last month. None in one eye and very small amount in the other. He told my wife she can have surgery on both hers at any time. She wants to get it done after the holiday season.
