It is all about stalling until after the election. When he is gone, the next guy Trump puts up for scrutiny will be more middle of the road assuming that at least one of the houses go Democrat. That is what they are hoping for.


It may be stalling or it may be as the Democrats describe. What did the Republicans expect after not taking up the Merick Garland nomination at all. That was 293 days. Both parties are wrong.
