Why not give up on Judge Kavanaugh and appoint someone else? Because the allegations are not credible. Because the burden of proof is always on the accuser. Because the naked hypocrisy of the Democrats is beyond belief. Because by all credible sources Judge Kavanaugh is an honorable man and brilliant Judge. Because if the Republicans back down this time every Republican nominee to the court will be accused of sexual assault from here on out. Because Diane Feinstein clearly just waited to reveal the letter so as to try to inflict max political damage and not because of any desire for the truth. Because we don't disqualify people based on guilt by association.

If Trump does get to appoint a replacement for RBG I really hope he names Amy Coney Barret the next day
