I've seen the gun. It is all original. Actually, anyone that has a decent computer screen and halfway decent vision can see that is original Parker wood. It's never been off the gun, pretty obvious. I've been looking at Parkers for 40 years, and I have zero doubt about the wood, or the whole gun for that matter. If the Parker records show differently, I'll buy everyone here a nice beverage.

Something a lot of pseudo-knowledgeable Parker kibitzers don't know about half-frame Parkers is that they were usually spec'd out a little nicer for some unknown reason. I seem to remember an article in TDGJ way back about this, or perhaps it was a McIntosh article in either Sporting Classics or Shooting Sportsman. Long time ago...
