Black plastic bags. The ABC store wraps their wares in it though I don't much frequent such establishments anymore. The carriage is very stable. I would reckon it weighs by itself 30 lbs dry with a very wide wheel base so there is no real chance of it turning over.
The nice thing about this one, it has a hand brake, a "parking brake," and it folds. It has quick release, bicycle style, full bearing, easy rolling wheels (it was for jogging) and is solid (it carried precious cargo while owner was at speed). See them in yard sales around here all the time.
