Joe, I have been loading for my 1883 Greener #1.
Remington SP hulls cut back to 2 7/8"
Fed 209A primers
36 grains of Blue Dot
SP10 wad
1 5/8 oz of lead shot
1/2 scoop of buffer 8 grains ( have tried 3 different mixes scoop provided by Ballistic products )plain grex works well as does mixture #47 for my use
11 gauge overshot Circle Fly card
Crimp enclosure
I regret to say that I have not had it pressure tested however the Lyman shotshell #2 states that a similar load ( hull, wad, load,) with 40 grains of blue dot provides 8110 LUP and 1275 fps
This load patterns very tight @ 40 yards and although some would doubt the claim it patterns 60% plus at 60 yards nice even distribution of #2 shot.
I am also using some wads from Ballistic products but to date have not patterned them. This is the Deci Max.
My gun has stated 10 gauge chambers, 9 gauge bores and 11 gauge muzzles.
As to actual constriction I am at 0.060" in both barrels.

Hope this helps a little - as always use at your own risk and discretion.

I wish you good shooting and excellent patterns. Slate
