The KickKiller pads are what I use, and have used, for a loooong time. As sold they increase the LOP by barely 1/2". I believe the internal pad could be easily removed, as Mike suggested. They can be had in lace-on or velcro. They would prolly increase the LOP by about 1/16" to 1/8" if the internal Akton pad was removed.

I think they come in four sizes............I have them all. grin
