The previous posters have nailed your Screw-Grip Webley & Scott (I think).
Also, the large round "circle" part of the action lever frequently?/always? has the word "PATENT" printed in capital letters in a curved manner.

Not related to the skeet shooter (that I know of, anyway)....I expect my Scottish ancestors were garden-variety reivers down by the English border. (LOL LOL)
