Hey all, does anyone know anything about this Turk gun? Any issues or problems with this model or Khan overall?
Need a low cost SxS for one of my kids, so was looking at this one.
Thanks!
Greg

Looked at the Classic Arms website, Greg, and at the Khan website. Seems they only make o/u doubles. You can get them with ejectors or extractors in 12 ga. and with 3-inch chambers. Could not find the weight, and that may be an issue for kids. They are inexpensive for sure.
Regards, Tim

For 389 you cant find much to complain about other than the single trigger. And some people like just one trigger just fine. Guess they have to build guns for weird people like that too.

I wouldn't expect too much out of the trigger, for that price. And, good luck with the regulation of the barrels.

That's a tough one, seems to be a flood of Turkish made guns these days. As time progresses so does the quality of the product. I remember when the market was flooded with Chinese made cane fly rods, the quality was poor at the beginning, but now there are some pretty solid ones out there. So who knows!

In looking back at my previous post I came across as being cynical, and didn't mean to. My reply was based on my constant concern about triggers and regulation, but was not entirely fair.
I have an inexpensive Turkish S x S, and it had a very hard trigger when I got it new. I had to lighten the trigger from about 8 lbs. to about 3 1/2. Regulation is perfect. I also have a not-so-inexpensive Turkish S x S that came with great triggers. It took some doing but I now have a load that regulates it as well.
Sorry for the curt reply before. Good luck, Greg.

SRH Hey Stan, you worry too much! I didn't think your answer was curt at all, I know you to well. But you are correct, Turk guns can be a real minefield. You can get some gems or dogs. I don't know much about this maker, but on doing more homework, they don't have the best reputation. So with that, I'm going to pass on this one. Take care and don't fret. Best, Greg
