I could not DISAGREE more with hotrack. The DT10 is a great gun and is not an updated 680 series. The receiver is a completely different design, the bbls are interchangable with the ASE/SO series and not with the 680, and the stock and forearm are diff too. There are NO parts that interchange between the DT and 680 series. The DT is a semi production version of the ASE. I shoot an SO4 and an ASE GOLD X and I'm very happy with both but I have my ASE for sale at Indiana gun club and I'm getting a DT10 combo. I shoot bunker with 4 other shooters who use the DT10 and ALL have been trouble free. I have owned 3 Perazzi guns and have found I like the Beretta better for my style of shooting. Get the DT10 and enjoy it. Jerry
