Not Apples to Apples but I bought a 12G VHE lettered as 26 inches, no alterations except replaced pad, bore and mechanicals all ok, finish all original but fairly well worn, few years ago for 1600 at the Southern SXS .

Factory 26 inch Parkers are scarce & I wanted one for Hunting. Had looked for a 26 inch Parker gun for some time. Have all the longer Parkers I need. Its a light 12 G on a 1 1/2 frame. Probably 6 oz heavier than your 1 frame 16 , based on what my 1 frame 28 inch 16 weighs.

Your GHE 16 may be worth more if somebody wants a lighter gun or a 16 g, less if they object to the Cyanide case or the restock. Hunter likely to over look both if the gun fits and feels right. Best way to sell is join PGCA and list it well described and photographed with the letter which may help prove it has not been cut. Carefully measurements on chokes length and barrel wall thickness too. The photo still raises cut questions to my eye.

Selling on PGCA . No fees other than the membership and reduced member cost factory letter.

Opinion worth what it cost.
